What units are eligible for the first month free?
The First Month Free Promotion applies to all of our vacant units. To qualify you must be a new tenant to Ample Storage, have a credit card on file and sign up for a 3 month minimum stay. Application fee of $15 still applies. Application fee is waived with the purchase of a lock.
What storage unit sizes are available?
Our self storage units range in size from 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, 10x15, 10x20, 10x30, 10x40, 20x20. It’s best to call for prices and availability for each unit.
What steps are you taking to ensure that each storage unit is secure?
Ample Storage employs on-site managers to help ensure that only current tenants are allowed on the property. Also we have extensive security camera surveillance including license plate detection, key coded entry gate that logs who is accessing the property, and random security patrols by an independent security firm. We take the security of this property very seriously.
How does self-storage work?
When you have items that you don’t have room for at home or at your business we have the extra room for you. When you need storage come see us. After a brief application process you will have the extra room you need. Our lease agreements are month to month. We don’t have hidden fees or constant rent raises like some other companies.
What can I store in a storage unit?
Virtually anything legal! Some customers use our storage for business inventory, automobiles, and household goods and furniture. Whether you are moving or running a business we have ample self storage for you.
Can I store a car in your storage units?
Some of our units are large enough to accommodate most vehicles. Our 10’ by 20’ units are very popular for this reason. We encourage you to come by and take a look at these units to see if they will fit your vehicle.
How does your Referral Program work?
Our program is easy and saves you $$$. All current tenants qualify for our Referral Program. You will receive a $50 credit that will be applied automatically to your next month's rent for each friend or family member you refer to Ample Storage. You can refer as many as you want. You will receive your $50 rent credit when your referral signs a lease agreement for any size unit.
When can I access my storage unit?
You can access your storage unit between the hours of 6am-9pm 7 Days a Week and 365 Days per year. We feel that these hours provide realistic access to your property as well as provide additional security for your belongings.
How long do I need to sign my unit lease?
All of our lease agreements are 30 Days with no minimum stay requirements. The lease agreement renews automatically from month to month. When you are done with your unit we just require a 5 day advance notice in writing before your next rent due date that you will be
moving out. We try to make doing business with Ample Storage as easy as possible.
What is a 12 Month Price Lock Guarantee?
Ample Storage is the ONLY self storage company in the Reno NV area to offer a price lock guarantee. We GUARANTEE that we will not raise your rent for at least for at least 1 year after you rent a self storage unit. This does not mean you have to stay for 12 months to benefit from our guarantee, our contracts are month to month. The owners of Ample Storage would rather keep happy customers than play the silly pricing games that so many of our competitors do.
